When a parent or guardian submits an inquiry, information request, or summer-interest form, we collect the information entered in that form, such as the adult's name, contact details, a child's age or date of birth, schedule preferences, referral source, and message. A person contacting us about employment may also choose to attach a resume or CV. Please do not submit medical, financial, or other sensitive information through the website.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, provide requested enrollment or tuition information, schedule visits, and communicate about relevant school programs. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting, form-processing, scheduling, and email providers may process information on our behalf to deliver these services. Website inquiries are processed and stored in HubSpot so our team can respond, keep a record of the conversation, and send the acknowledgement or information requested. Career resumes are stored privately and shared with the hiring team through an unlisted download link that expires after 180 days. We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, hiring or enrollment administration, legal obligations, and legitimate school records.
Website analytics and cookies
